Excellent hotel. We had a lovely big room with small kitchenette which was great. Very clean. Excellent superking bed with great quality sheets. Car park available for hotel guests (extra charge, under the hotel) Hotel has on-site restaurant) Walking distance to city. I Highly recommend this hotel 😁😁👍👍

A big thank you to Hal and Collins for a great stay, they made a fairly boring week fun. They are good banter and great laugh, just wish their pool game was better lol. The rooms are nice, clean and tidy. The food is good. Jack Daniels chicken wings are are amazing. Its not a long walk from the shops and there is car parking available. Cheers for a great stay Keith.

Lovely hotel at a reasonable price. Booked a King Size Suite which was perfect for a family of 4. Having the separate living room with sofa bed, 2nd TV and the kitchenette with a small hob, microwave and fridge was hugely useful with two hungry 'at all hours' boys. The main bedroom was large and the storage was great. The location of the hotel was perfect for us to meet up with family and friends and do some shopping. In-house breakfast was disappointing though which was a real surprise as the restaurant food at lunch/dinner was extremely good...needs looking at I think. Bar staff were great with real skill in making cocktails. The bar was very nice with plenty of room for families, music and sports lovers alike...nice atmosphere and the staff were lovely. The only other negative I have was the extremely tight parking at the rear of the hotel with staff moving large refuse and laundry containers in front of electric parking spaces at the back of the parking area inhibiting movement. Most cars had to take 2 spaces to have any chance of getting out. Other than that, we had a terrific stay with the kids loving the fun area with pol table etc in the lobby. We will definitely be back if the prices remain sensible. Thank you to the staff who made our stay!

Staying here and just came back from breakfast. One of the worst breakfasts I've had . Coffee pre made in vac flask and very weak, cooked breakfast very poor. Looked like it was made hours ago, eggs rubbery, hash browns soggy, mushrooms stewed and bacon overcooked. Toast and juice ok but you can hardly go wrong with that! Such a pity as room was exeptional.

It’s a nice hotel and the location was great. The room was really good. But the service was not up to the standards. The lift was too small for a nine storied hotel. There were two lifts; one was not working the whole time. We had to struggle a lot to use the lift. Room service could be better. Whoever serviced our room left their chewing gum in my bed side table. In another room they left a used rag by mistake; though not a big deal. Room amenities could be replenished more frequently. We had to call several times for toilet paper, facial tissue etc. I believe these items should be always in stock. And breakfast was really boring. We stayed there for 4 nights. Every morning we had to tolerate same brekkie. Could have added some extra items or shuffled the menu. It’s a good hotel with poor management; that’s all I can say.

The hotel is lovely. The rooms are a great size. The staff are fantastic. I opted for the balcony room for the view. Positives Room sizes are great View is good Staff are so warm and helpful Bathroom has a great shower Rooms have microwave, fridge, kettle, hairdryer, plenty of plugs, robes Negatives Shower leaked Heating system switches off after 30 mins, when it's bitterly cold it's really uncomfortable to sleep as you need to keep getting up to turn it back on to stay warm. The light in the room is awful even with a window running all round it. My room windows and door leaked and soaked everything in the room and made it too cold to be comfortable for the stay. Very little staff could do as they couldn't fix doors and windows without ordering parts. My belongings got soaked I got bitten alive by something in the room, hope it was midges and not bed bugs! I've been ill for 3 weeks since the stay. The hotel is nice I think i was just unlucky with the room i had. The hotel emailed me after the stay to request feedback. I sent it straight away. They never replied.

Good location on the west of the city. The hotel is pretty new and well enough appointed in that modern but basic style of hotels these days. We had a Penthouse room which had great views towards George Square and handy enough for city centre. It’s one of 3 or 4 good hotels in this area of Glasgow. Our stay was only one night and so we didn’t try the restaurant “Chop”. One thing that is annoying though is the slow availability of the lifts. In the morning this is in part caused by the service staff using them for servicing rooms etc and also the repeated trolleys wheeling laundry and rubbish through the business / seating area at reception. Not the right environment to take calls or do work unfortunately which is what they have set it up for. Other than that it is a good hotel.

Stayed for night in the Sandman Signature Hotel in Glasgow and it’s an amazing hotel with great features. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is outstanding. The rooms have huge beds and I had great view outside. It is well worth visit.

Clean, good sized room with good facilities and a great shower. Quiet also, despite there being work going on outside when we were there. 5 minutes walk from Sauchiehall Street. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I’d stay here again.

Nice hotel not too far out of the city centre. Great breakfast. Only slight issue was the lifts are quite slow so can take a little while to get down from the higher floors during busy periods.

Pourquoi ne peut on pas mettre une 6e étoile sur la qualité des chambres et services ??? Hôtel bien situé, magnifique bâtiment d'une ancienne école privée juste à côté avec une façade d'une pure beauté (en miroir de l'opéra se glasgow). Petit bémol : - glasgow est une LEZ (zone à surveillance de la pollution des vehicules) : vous y entrez à vos risques et périls 😉, je ne savais pas, on a eu chaud lol - la ville fait des travaux qui empêchent l'accès mais indépendamment de la volonté de l'hôtel qui renvoie vers 1 autre PK à moins de 500m à pied. L'établissement dispose d'un restaurant (qui sert pour le buffet petit déjeuner du matin) ou on peut prendre de bons cocktails avec un personnel avenant ! Merci au serveur qui a discuté "DragonBallZ" avec mon fils de 6 ans 😀 Pour finir, pour un hôtel 4*, nous n'avons pas payé plus cher qu'un boui-boui à Londres mais avec beaucoup plus de standing et d'espace. Merci !

Stayed overnight with my family when celebrating my son's birthday, the location was perfect for us. The rooms were fab very well equipped, beds very comfy we had no problems with noise which was great especially after being told there were some roadworks around the hotel. My son was chuffed with his birthday card from the hotel and some complimentary biscuits and irn-bru. My husband used the new gym and was also impressed. Breakfast was again very good with a buffet breakfast. We would definitely recommend and return again.

Loved this hotel! A short walk from the centre, amazingly large rooms and great breakfast in the morning. We will definitely come back here soon.
